About Mississippi County Criminal History

Mississippi County records are divided among the sheriff in Luxora, court offices in Blytheville and Osceola, and Arkansas state systems. This privately run reference organizes those separate routes so readers can identify the office, portal, address, or phone number that fits the record they need.

Why We Built This Site

Arkansas makes many public records available, yet custody depends on the record. The Mississippi County Sheriff's Office maintains booking and jail material, while the Circuit Clerk keeps criminal case files in two districts. Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Crime Information Center administer state criminal-history and registry systems. The Arkansas Department of Corrections holds prison and supervision information. This site brings the official contacts, access routes, fees, and request instructions into one county-focused reference.

What You Will Find Here

  • Agency contacts: routes to the sheriff, Circuit Clerk, and Arkansas record systems
  • Record explanations: how Mississippi County case, arrest, and registry records differ
  • Official checks: the consent-based Arkansas State Police name-check and fingerprint channels
  • Record sealing: where Arkansas petitions and orders to seal enter the court process

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not part of an Arkansas court, police department, sheriff's office, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • It cannot provide legal advice about a charge or case
  • It cannot issue certified court files or criminal-history records
  • It cannot submit sealing petitions, FOIA requests, or other forms for a reader
  • It cannot perform an official record check
  • It cannot promise that an agency's fee, address, or phone has not changed

An official copy must come from its custodian, such as the Mississippi County sheriff, the filing court, or Arkansas State Police.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site. Mississippi County Criminal History does not set partner charges or determine the contents of their results.
